Monday – Friday  8.30am – 3pm (Audition Only)

Designed to develop the individual dancer (13 yrs-18 yrs), the program covers all genres of dance.

​

With Classical Ballet being the foundation of all dance, it is a fundamental part of the program, but within in the program we offer classes in Commercial Jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, body anatomy, yoga, singing, acting, strength/stretch and conditioning.

 

This is a one of a kind program in Perth that prepares the students for the industry and since we are partnered with Empowerdance, we offer coaching in Certificate 2-4 in Dance. This is optional.

We have an audition process for entry to keep the numbers capped, maintaining the quality of learning and the high standard that is accomplished within the program. Success is our key.

​

Our Faculty are first class in their field, either by previously being Industry professionals for many years, or with some still currently dancing Professionally themselves.

 

We also have special Guest Teachers (when available) that travel from over east to teach the students and pass on their knowledge for their next step. This is great networking for the students.

​

We proudly advocate this program as a great stepping-stone for students who want to pursue “Dance” as a career. We assist with the audition process for our students, helping them with planning and auditioning for Full Time Programs at WAAPA as well as over east. Not only self confidence and preparations, we also assist in putting together CV's and show reels.

We have also had students become successful dancers locally with the WA Ballet and nationally the Queensland Ballet, as well as International success at the Moulin Rouge in Paris and Universal Studios, Japan.

The uniqueness of the Full Time/Part time Program is that it does not interfere with your current dance school commitments. The students stay with their current dance school as this is developmental,  additional training that will in turn help their examination work and competition work.
